Office staff are responsible for answering phones, booking tours, and helping check guests in once they arrive to our office.
Office Staff Responsibilities
- Open Office Before First Tour
- Answer Phones & Book Tours
- Respond to Email Requests
- Telephone guests when weather conditions do not permit flying and reschedule their tours
- Outline Helicopter Pilot & Guides With Schedules
- Sign Guests in For Tour
- Prepare Waivers & Make Sure Guests Sign Them
- Give Helicopter Safety Briefings
Job Requirements
Office staff members should have a good work ethic, be well organized, responsible, and be willing to rise to any challenge. While not necessary fluency in a second language can often be extremely helpful with our foreign guests.
Physical Requirements
The ability to lift 7-gallon jugs of water as well as 50lbs bags of dog food will help any candidate but is not required.
