About Us

Travis Beals
Owner

Travis Beals, 24, was raised in Seward, Alaska. He is a 4-time finisher of the 1,000 mile long Iditarod Sled dog race with his top finish being 11th place. Travis is passionate about his dogs and oversees all of the dog care on Godwin Glacier during the summer months.  During the winters, Travis spends all his time training for the Iditarod and guiding dog sled trips.

Sarah Stokey
Manager

Sarah Stokey is a 2016 Iditarod finisher, writer, and entrepreneur. Sarah moved to Alaska in 2010 where she met her partner Travis Beals. Sarah’s job at Seward Helicopters changes each day as she fills whatever role is needed. During the winter months, Sarah spends her time training for the Iditarod and writing.
